Regina graduated with honors (cum laude) from the Faculty of Law Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2019. During her time in university she achieved Top 9 Oralist of Indonesian National Round of Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and her team was awarded Best Exhibition Memorials of Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

In Adrem, Regina has worked on projects across various industries including healthcare and trade. Aside from general corporate matters, she also has handled matters relating to employment and anti-monopoly and competition law.
