Nathaniel Mangunsong

After 12 years plus in international law firms and multinational companies doing various corporate works on behalf of various investors and companies, Nathaniel decided to plunge into the world of startups and impact-driven companies and spent more than 4 years as General Counsel of Gojek and Ruangguru.
He oversees the growth of these companies including through fundraising, merger & acquisitions, general management, and overseas expansion to Southeast Asian countries. He has a vision to bring his deep expertise, experience, and insights to grow the communities in which Adrem, its clients, lawyers and team members are part of, onwards and upwards to greater impacts.
Nathaniel earned his Bachelor of Laws in business laws from Universitas Indonesia in 2004 and his Master of Laws in corporation laws from New York University School of Law in 2008.
Mayo Falmonti
Partner
Mayo earned his Bachelor and Master degree of Laws from University of Indonesia. He is a registered Advocate and Intellectual Property Consultant. Mayo has comprehensive knowledge in intellectual property laws, general corporate law, advertising – social media contract, litigation and entertainment law. He has extensive experiences working with state owned enterprise, private local and foreign-investment companies and also multinational company startups latest in record label, influencer advertising and talent management.
Tania Faramutia R.
Associate Partner
Tania has accumulated over 8 years of experience in reputable law firms before joining Adrem. Tania has a multitude of experience handling general corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, restructuring, mining and natural resources, technology related transactions, State Owned Entity corporate affairs and projects as well as fundraising.
Tania holds two degrees, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Auckland (UoA), New Zealand and a Bachelor of Law Degree from University of Indonesia (Cum Laude) which she completed within three years.
