After over 12 years at international law firms and multinational companies, working on various corporate matters for diverse investors and companies, Nathaniel decided to immerse himself in the world of startups and impact-driven enterprises.
He spent more than four years as General Counsel for Gojek and Ruangguru, overseeing their growth through fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, general management, and overseas expansion into Southeast Asian countries. Nathaniel aims to leverage his deep expertise, experience, and insights to foster the growth of the communities associated with Adrem, including its clients, lawyers, and team members, striving for greater impact.
Nathaniel earned his Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from Universitas Indonesia in 2004 and his Master of Laws in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law in 2008.
Mayo Falmonti
Intellectual Property Partner
Mayo earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from the University of Indonesia. He is a registered Advocate and Intellectual Property Consultant. Mayo possesses comprehensive knowledge in intellectual property law, general corporate law, advertising and social media contracts, litigation, and entertainment law.
He has extensive experience working with state-owned enterprises, private local and foreign-investment companies, as well as multinational startups in the fields of record labels, influencer advertising, and talent management.
Tania Faramutia R.
Associate Partner
Tania has accumulated over 8 years of experience at reputable law firms before joining Adrem. She has extensive experience handling general corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, restructuring, mining and natural resources, technology-related transactions, state-owned entity corporate affairs and projects, as well as fundraising.
Tania holds two degrees: a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Law (Cum Laude) from the University of Indonesia, which she completed in just three years.
