After 12 years plus in international law firms and multinational companies doing various corporate works on behalf of various investors and companies, Nathaniel decided to plunge into the world of startups and impact-driven companies and spent more than 4 years as General Counsel of Gojek and Ruangguru.

He oversees the growth of these companies including through fundraising, merger & acquisitions, general management, and overseas expansion to Southeast Asian countries.

He is keen to bring all of his 16 years plus deep expertise, experience, and insights to Adrem and its valued clients, and has a strong vision in growing and developing further the communities that he and his clients are in, and also in working and growing with the next generation of lawyers who he aspires to be more impactful lawyers and leaders than himself.
