Sebastian graduated cum laude from Universitas Indonesia in 2022. Prior to joining Adrem, Sebastian gained experience at several law firms with international affiliations, including Ashurst OSP and HHP Law Firm (member of Baker & McKenzie International) where he was involved in a range of corporate and commercial transactions, as well as advising clients on intellectual property matters.

Sebastian possesses strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), general corporate matters, and intellectual property. Since joining Adrem, he has played a key role in numerous transactions, including equity fundraising, asset acquisitions, and the acquisition and registration of intellectual property rights.
