Ghea obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universitas Indonesia in 2020 and is a licensed Advocate. She possesses extensive knowledge and significant experience in investment and fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate matters. During her tenure at Adrem, Ghea has successfully led numerous equity fundraising initiatives, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the payments and financial technology sectors.

Her expertise also encompasses advising clients on compliance matters and navigating regulatory developments affecting financial technology and cryptocurrency businesses, including crypto exchanges, peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platforms, digital banks, and payment systems.
